Artist's Comments

This is me armor I've been working on for the Renaissance festival in Bristol Wisconsin.
I would ask you to forgive some of the eff ups.. But its me first try at armor..
Met some cool people and had a great time.

He hears recent history calling out to him in his mind. But not a whisper in his ear.
His heart still calls back with bitter emptiness.
His eyes narrow to thin slits. No longer resembling eyes, but the small cracks in drying magma where the fire still draws breath. His lips peel back from his teeth. As curtains to a play, but a cast of 28 furious Golems.
In a thundering hymn and a lightning flash, his sword is out blazing and cursing challenges at the sun itself. His chest pounds as it smiths the metal in his heart.

Well, from the thinking point to the final touch. It was a full year, give for take a week or two. I did it on and off a lot. The cutting and dying where the only real time consuming things. Next suit i make i wont procrastinate, so then I can give you a straight answer.

"Oh, you can't help that; we're all mad here..."

This is actually pretty impressive for a first try. What are you using for the actual armor pieces (ie breast plate etc.) I'm a costume designer and a couple of my guy friends want me to design armor for them in my free time but I don't know much about it...

I haven't seen this world before...
But I'm excused I'm a butterfly.
Love me, love me on the leaves before we say goodbye
